petage.com – Pet Evolution, a locally owned, healthy pet supply store dedicated to providing the highest quality products, recently welcomed two new members to its team, senior vice president of marketing, Heather Rudolph, and chief marketing officer, Brooke Budke, as the demand for quality pet care is at an all-time high. The pair offer a robust background in franchising and marketing with more than 20 years of combined experience. Together, their chief aim is to help strengthen the brand’s development efforts and create marketing infrastructure as they continue to grow.
Prior to joining Pet Evolution, Rudolph built her reputation in the industry with more than 11 years of experience at Self Esteem Brands, a leading franchisor in developing world-class wellness brands. There, she worked alongside some of the most successful franchisor entrepreneurs in the world, absorbing their knowledge and improving the day-to-day communications between franchisors and franchisees. With her experience focused on consumer marketing, Rudolph will play a major role leading the individual franchisees through the grand opening and local store tactics to set them up for success.
“Pet Evolution is a brand I believe every community will benefit from,” said Rudolph. “I’ve had the privilege to work with some amazing companies, and Pet Evolution embodies everything I’m passionate about. This brand is committed to helping animals live happier, healthier lives and we give pet owners a local pet supply store you can trust to take care of your pets. This role allows me to combine my passion for dogs and help local business owners succeed.”
Budke joined the Pet Evolution team in fall 2021, bringing more than 10 years of experience in franchising as the fractional chief marketing officer. Prior to aligning with Pet Evolution, she served as the President of TITLE Boxing International and head of marketing. Budke has been recognized as one of the top eight female CMOs in franchising. Her extensive knowledge on brand positioning, franchise development and local store marketing will play a crucial role in helping Pet Evolution in their upward trajectory.
“When it comes to consumer marketing, I believe great marketers need to be a product of the product,” Budke said. “When the internal marketing team is also our end consumer, we can create marketing that speaks directly to the hearts of our customers. Heather and I both come from the health and wellness space, which easily transfers to improving the health of pets. Our goal is to help pets live long, healthy lives, which likewise, dramatically increases the quality of lives of their owners. Talk about a win-win!”
“We are thrilled to have Heather and Brooke join our team,” added Peter Carlson, president of Pet Evolution Franchising, LLC. “The experience they both bring in marketing and franchising is an invaluable asset to our growth. Potential franchise candidates will value the leadership experience we have on our team, and our franchise stores will benefit from their same-store sales marketing tactics that will help foster their success.”
