Prior to joining Pet Evolution, Amber dedicated 9 years to working in a variety of roles with students who are deaf and/or blind and teaching them independence skills. Following teaching, she transitioned to the franchise industry and has 5 years of experience in franchise development.

Being raised in a family business, Amber grew up from a young age working at her family’s locations of Big O Tires; learning the operations of a successful business, quality customer service, and the ability to retain a dedicated and loyal employment staff.

Amber’s expertise is in connecting and building relationships with people who want to learn more about Pet Evolution. Her high-level communication and organizational skills keep the discovery process smooth for all franchise candidates.

Outside of her professional role, Amber enjoys being a wife and also a mother to 2 boys: Cash and Riggs. As a family, they enjoy spending their time outside in the mountains camping, hiking, and kayaking.
